Overall Satisfaction with noCRM.io

noCRM.io is used as a sales management pipeline in my organization. It helps in the lead management and tracking among different sales representatives of the organization and keeps a track of all the deals in once place along with it's complete history. noCRM.io has further scope in my organization in terms of data analysis where it can be used as a source of current deals which can be used to estimate the future company growth.

noCRM.io stacks up against Pipedrive because you cannot customize the platform as much as you could with an enterprise level platform and noCRM.io is cheaper than Pipedrive, which is usually a key reason for leaning towards a product. Also the customer support is better for noCRM.io when compared to Pipedrive.

noCRM.io is best suited for scenarios where your organization has multiple sales representatives with a large pool of accounts managed by each one of the sales representatives individually. noCRM.io is however not well suited in case you are looking for an automated tool that can nurture all your pipeline without any manual effort.

    Hi William, for sure our solution does not have the full spectrum of customization that big CRM can offer but I am disappointed that you find our customer support team unsatisfying as well as our integrations. We spend a lot of energy in providing a great customer support and we do not externalize this task, feel free to contact me to explain what was the problem.
