Likelihood to Recommend	Notifii Notifii is fantastic in Higher Education mail rooms where packages are received centrally. The system can be setup to automatically send-out e-mail and text communication to students and departments, alerting them to the package's arrival. Packages can then be signed-for by students and/or departments either at the mail room or elsewhere since the system is completely cloud-based. Support Rating	Notifii Support for this product is TERRIBLE [in my opinion]. Our implementation advisor frequently had wrong or changing information. We would be told one thing which would then change moments later. Documentation also was severely lacking making implementation without assistance near impossible.
