We use PostGrid Print & Mail letter api to send letters right from our CRM. We needed a solution to send letters from our CRM based on specific triggers. There wasn't a proper solution like this and their api solution was perfect that integrated with our CRM. I would definitely recommend their tool if you have the use case.

We used PostGrid to automate our manual process of printing and mailing invoices in-house and also some we used to do it with outsourced mail vendor. We also connected with their Salesforce application for easy use. This was a very tedious process and it involved a lot of resources to accomplish this. We use PostGrid Print & Mail to automate a lot of our compliance documents that is required by law to mail it to our customers. They needed to be HIPAA compliant and we were using Salesforce to track it. So, we also needed a Salesforce integration that allowed us to automate it as well as get real time data and tracking on them. PostGrid Print & Mail was the perfect solution for it.
