We use PostGrid Print &amp; Mail letter api to send letters right from our CRM. We needed a solution to send letters from our CRM based on specific triggers. There wasn't a proper solution like this and their api solution was perfect that integrated with our CRM. I would definitely recommend their tool if you have the use case.

We used PostGrid to automate our manual process of printing and mailing invoices in-house and also some we used to do it with outsourced mail vendor. We also connected with their Salesforce application for easy use. This was a very tedious process and it involved a lot of resources to accomplish this. With PostGrid it has been very easy to set up and get it up and running fast.
