Overall Satisfaction with Notifii Track
Notifii Track has allowed us to completely streamline our package handling process from receiving to delivery on our campus. With packages arriving for both departments and individuals, we needed a way to properly receive packages from multiple carriers. Students come to our counter to receive packages, while departments have their packages delivered. We needed a solution that would allow us to do all of these things accurately and speedily.
- Sends e-mail and text messages to package recipients
- Allows us to scan packages in and sign them out on an iPad
- Allows us to take a picture of the delivered package and/or the person who signed for it
- Allows us to quickly and easily import users into the database
- Keeps all records on the cloud, in compliance with FERPA
- It would be nice to easily remove student data from the system without having to open a support ticket.

- Students love that they receive immediate communication when a package arrives from them. This is a big win for student experience.
- There was no expensive hardware to purchase or maintain (a win for IT), and we pay a very reasonable monthly fee for the service, all updates, and support.

We had previously used a product by Pitney Bowes, called Arrival. We used Arrival for a number of years, and it worked well for what we were doing. However, when we came across Notifii Track, the benefits were clear. One simple, monthly payment for the product, which included updates and support. Other than an iPad and a signature pad at our counter, we did not have to purchase any additional hardware. Notifii Track also allowed us to easily import student data (FERPA compliant) and communicate to students via e-mail and text. These were the big wins when compared with our previous software.

Evaluating Notifii Track and Competitors
Yes - We replaced Pitney Bowes Arrival because it was, at the time, challenging to use, expensive to upgrade, and finicky.

The all-in-one price-point (service, support, upgrades, etc.) as well as the features (text/e-mail to students, etc.) made this very easy!
There were no other products on the market that could do what Notifii could for a similar price point. I wouldn't change a thing.

Support is included in the monthly price, there are not multiple tiers.
We've only had two issues to report in more than four years of using the service, and each time, they have responded quickly and solved our problem!
