Overall Satisfaction with Notifii Track
As a boarding school we need to manage package tracking and notifications for both our employees, as well as a very broad and diverse student body. Notifii [Track] allows us to do this by integrating with our Active Directory system and allowing for custom implementations using data scraped from AD.
Pros
- The web console is performative.
- System connectivity has been solid once established.
- Little to no down time when implemented.
- Customized roles and users
Cons
- End user support was severely lacking, our implementation engineer was very poor [from my experience].
- Documentation is sub standard.
- Implementation is a very long process if you have any customization or special requirements.
- Active Directory Integration
- Single Sign On
- We have been able to modernize our package delivery solution with Notifii Track.
- Active Directory integrations has allowed for greater tuning then previous solution.
- Single Sign On offerings via Okta made end user roll out very easy.
