Overall Satisfaction with Notifii Track

As a boarding school we need to manage package tracking and notifications for both our employees, as well as a very broad and diverse student body. Notifii [Track] allows us to do this by integrating with our Active Directory system and allowing for custom implementations using data scraped from AD.
  • The web console is performative.
  • System connectivity has been solid once established.
  • Little to no down time when implemented.
  • Customized roles and users
  • End user support was severely lacking, our implementation engineer was very poor [from my experience].
  • Documentation is sub standard.
  • Implementation is a very long process if you have any customization or special requirements.

  • We have been able to modernize our package delivery solution with Notifii Track.
  • Active Directory integrations has allowed for greater tuning then previous solution.
  • Single Sign On offerings via Okta made end user roll out very easy.

Notifii [Track] is best used in a situation where you have a very large body of users who are nearly identical in their purposes and roles. Once you begin to add in complexity to the Notifii system, whether it be addressing, user management or roles, [in my opinion] the system becomes incredibly cumbersome and difficult to administer. Be prepared to write custom scripts if you want to implement custom solutions.

Notifii Track Support

Support for this product is TERRIBLE [in my opinion]. Our implementation advisor frequently had wrong or changing information. We would be told one thing which would then change moments later. Documentation also was severely lacking making implementation without assistance near impossible.
