Pros	OfficeSpace Software Very easy to learn and use - was up and running after only 1 hour of training. Department can be color coded so it is easy to determine the correct utilization. Customer Service is outstanding - when you need it (which is rarely) you usually get a call or e-mail within 2 hours. Cons	OfficeSpace Software I would like to see on-demand ticketing designed for a multi party hand off system that ties to a standardized process flow. Usability	OfficeSpace Software Useability is right up there, some of the graphics seem a little outdated and could be updated, but navigating the maps and models is easy and you get a really clear view of the different buildings and levels within those buildings.
