Overall Satisfaction with OfficeSpace Software

We are currently using OfficeSpace for desk assignments, hotel desking, and floor plans. IT is responsible for the management of the system, Workplace has the same power minus billing, and our EA team is responsible for scheduling desk moves. This helps everyone find where their desks are, allows people to book a temporary desk, and allows our new hire team to place IT equipment and swag at desks prior to new hires starting.
  • Desk moves -- When assigning a desk to a new user, or shuffling existing users around
  • Floor plans -- Easily find rooms, desks, and coworkers
  • Cannot update floor plans on your own. Need to send to account rep
  • Move managers definitely need to be trained on how to do things properly
  • Booking hotel desks is very easy
  • Scheduling moves is very easy
We used Teem for hotel desking in the past, and it was a complete failure. They had zero analytics available, and the interface was unbelievably clunky. Feedback for OfficeSpace has been nothing short of positive.
Support is happy to help at any time. If there are bulk tasks, they are more than willing to do them for you. The staff is super-friendly, and they like to check with you occasionally to let you know about feature updates. I have never hesitated to contact them with any of my needs and questions.

Would you buy OfficeSpace Software again?

OfficeSpace Software is a system that crosses departments. It is especially helpful for workplace/facilities departments, as the available stats and feature sets are more suited towards their use. We also like that this system empowers the EA team in that they are the ones with the responsibility of placing hires at their desks.
