Okendo vs. RepuGen

We love Okendo since we've launched. We used to get one review on a blue moon but since we onboarded Okendo, we have gotten 26 reviews in 2 months! This goes to show that our customers are willing to review our clothes, and genuinely love it! We are so happy with the look of the platform, and its usability of it.

RepuGen is well suited for any business looking to up their online reputation presence. It helps get great reviews while filtering out clients who may possibly leave negative reviews

Great customer service. I talked to a few reps getting set up and they were friendly and easy to connect with. After signup I had a few questions and was able to get help quickly.

The review platform we used is not in the list above, however, it was a free Shopify app called 'Product Reviews.' This app had no customization, or customer emails, and was hidden within a tab on our product page. Okendo is a completely different experience for us and from a customer perspective as they have made it so easy for the customer to leave a review.

RepuGen was, by far, easier to use and I got more responses with it compared to the other company.
