Overall Satisfaction with RepuGen

We use RepuGen to filter out any customers who are not fully satisfied with our services so that we can address their concerns before they post a negative review online. It also helps us get good reviews from clients who are satisfied. Without RepuGen we would not know which customers were not happy, so it helps us identify them any make things right with our client. It only sends clients who are happy to post a review online.

Pros

  • Identifies unhappy customers so that we have the opportunity to make things right and convert them to a happy customer.
  • Invites only happy customers to review online.

Cons

  • I cannot think of any cons.
  • Customers see our positive online reviews and end up choosing us, ROI is high.
RepuGen was, by far, easier to use and I got more responses with it compared to the other company.
Great customer service. I talked to a few reps getting set up and they were friendly and easy to connect with. After signup I had a few questions and was able to get help quickly.
