Alternatives Considered	Okendo The review platform we used is not in the list above, however, it was a free Shopify app called 'Product Reviews.' This app had no customization, or customer emails, and was hidden within a tab on our product page. Okendo is a completely different experience for us and from a customer perspective as they have made it so easy for the customer to leave a review. However, they are much more competitive in terms of pricing and that was a big influence on our decision to go with them. They also have a library of widgets you can choose from and customize to make publishing reviews on your website very easy. It's not a cookie cutter solution, which we really like.
