Likelihood to Recommend	For all things bookings, including meetings, sales calls, events, and client onboarding, ScheduleOnce is the dominant software hands down. For shorter forms, such as quizzes and exercises on an online course, FormOnce is the far superior sibling as it's able to accommodate all needs, size, length, and customization. Cons	I really wish I could put tracking pixels (i.e. AdWords conversion pixels) on the booking thank you pages. Having to direct to a thank you page on another platform is kind of a pain. The Salesforce connector pricing is a bit steep. Basic live chat capabilities would be awesome. Implementing a live chat widget alongside the ScheduleOnce widget can be a bit cluttered design wise. Return on Investment	Saved me time by letting clients book their own appointments (5 hours a week). It's a professional way of doing business versus me playing phone tag to book an appointment, less work for my prospect ( at least 1-3 more sales).
