OneAdvanced People vs. WebHR

Advanced Cloud HR helps to solve problems with diversified magnitude and changing needs of an organization, the ones which are faced by the HR department obviously. I cannot think of any scenarios where WebHR would not be appropriate. It's a good solution for any size business and I see a lot of interest in the development to continue improving the solution.

• Self accessible admin tasks.
• Employee reporting is very easy.

• Everything is clear, simple to understand, and clearly defined
• Salary management is simple and understandable
• Leaves management is easy to use
• Cloud-based, and has mobile apps

• Logging into it from our system gives an error, but after a few minutes it acknowledges me and logs in (because I am logged into our secured system)

Renewal of this product is out of my control, but if asked I would give this product a thumbs up to renew. It only gets better with time

It has great functionality but it's UI is not that good

This is a cloud-native application and it's very easy to implement and deploy across multiple platforms. This makes it a go-to tool for many organizations. However, the above-mentioned tools are no way less. They are the market leaders in the HRM department and are already established, players. But considering the price tag, they carry on license Advance Cloud HR is absolutely a no-brainer choice for organizations looking to get value for money.

I don't know any other products like WebHR, but I'm pretty sure it's a good solution for any organization, and it's improving constantly.

• We are too early in implementation to be able to calculate ROI but am sure we will se great benefits in efficiency during the following 6 months.
