[Its] centralized management of VMWare devices including dell switches, dell storage such as SAN. By this you can group devices or set of devices per branches so you can monitor outages, down time of a device.

I'm not sure any other product can interact and update Dell hardware firmware other than this one. I think it should be free if you own Dell hardware, but the cost is minimal.
