Thankfully, we have rarely had to use our backups, but the service has been very reliable. Alternatives Considered	OpenText We chose CloudAlly because it had both Box and Salesforce as backup options so we were able to only setup one service, rather than two. The price point is also much better than OwnBackup, which was our second option. I like Skyvia for importing data, but their interface is not as easy to use.
