Likelihood to Recommend	It is super easy to use any time we have a need to send something encrypted. It is great, because if we have a client that needs to send us something, we can send that person a link and they are able to use that to send us a protected file. I have over 250 tasks defined in MoveIt to automate file movements from all different areas of business. I wouldn't recommend MoveIt if you need to do some advanced file parsing / maniuplation. Pros	It is very user-friendly even for users that are not particularly tech-savvy. The integration into Outlook makes it so convenient to use. Gaining access to the portal is easy as well, so if you are away from your workstation, you can still send things securely. Once a user logs into the website they can send a package or email to an other user or someone outside the organization. This has a similar look and feel to a web based email service. For users that are not part of our organization Ipswitch MOVEit effortlessly can create a new account and provide that users with an email and activation instructions. IT does not need to be involved with setting up users. Temporary users are controlled by a policy that will disable and remove accounts based on setting set by administrators. Return on Investment	It allowed us to become HIPAA compliant with email. It integrates seamlessly into our current email interface. Support we have received has been excellent. Always timely.
