OrangeHRM vs. Sentrifugo

According to me, OrangeHRM is best suited for small to medium-sized organizations for [the] management of their employee's records and attendance/leave management. Also, [the] applicant tracking system is [a] very useful feature of this application. OrangeHRM needs to add more features in order to cater requirements of a large-scale organization. Payroll management, learning management, and grievance handling features should be added or improved.

Scheduling meetings and reviews based on the availability of the team members 3. Generate custom reports based on department and team targets 4. Background verification and tracking progress.

Bamboo HR is not as advance as OrangeHRM. Its more like self explanatory. Its very easy to use aswell.
