Overall Satisfaction with OrangeHRM
We are using this application within [the] HR department. It's a comprehensive Human Resource Management Application and [the] best thing about it is that it's an opensource and starter package is free to use. It covers all aspects of HR within a small to medium organization. Through this application, we create employee records, manage their attendance and leaves, create different reports, also manage our CV bank through their applicant tracking system. Prior [to] using OrangeHRM we were maintaining manual employee records and leaves & CVs were taken in hard form. But this application has not only made our processes more efficient but also moved us to [a] paperless working environment.

OrangeHRM is opensource and can be customizable according to your requirements. It is more comprehensive and has more features as compared with Freshteam. Also, it is more user-friendly and easy to use, not much training is required to use this application. Its reporting & tracking features are more effective as compared to others.

According to me, OrangeHRM is best suited for small to medium-sized organizations for [the] management of their employee's records and attendance/leave management. Also, [the] applicant tracking system is [a] very useful feature of this application. OrangeHRM needs to add more features in order to cater requirements of a large-scale organization. Payroll management, learning management, and grievance handling features should be added or improved.
