The platform’s AI-generated captions, evergreen “recycle” rules, and simple approval process keep our content running smoothly and on brand, while built-in analytics offer enough insight to optimise timing and formats without needing enterprise-level features. We haven’t faced any major restrictions; when an API change caused a hiccup, Publer’s support team fixed it within a day. Publer is overall pretty easy to use. You can schedule posts very easily, and we have found that new users can pick this up very easily. It could have an improved dashboard and UI that shows the different sections more clearly, but it has still been easy to use overall.
