PayrollHero vs. WebHR

To organize and keep up with streamlined company procedures, use PayrollHero. The fact that PayrolHero is a cloud-based service that allows me to access it from any location and on any device is what I value the most. Another feature that I like is you can create profiles of all employees with their work histories so you can be more organized and evaluate performance. It allows you to track time worked by employees, see where the employees are in real-time, and use facial recognition to ensure they adhere to their schedules.

I cannot think of any scenarios where WebHR would not be appropriate. It's a good solution for any size business and I see a lot of interest in the development to continue improving the solution.

• Employee Clock-in is the best function of this software.
• It helps with managing attendance which can be further used for reporting purpose.
• Works great with my iPhone and the web based browsers.

• Everything is clear, simple to understand, and clearly defined
• Salary management is simple and understandable
• Leaves management is easy to use
• Cloud-based, and has mobile apps

• The interface for the software needs some improvements. the color combination doesn't look professional.

• Logging into it from our system gives an error, but after a few minutes it acknowledges me and logs in (because I am logged into our secured system)

Renewal of this product is out of my control, but if asked I would give this product a thumbs up to renew. It only gets better with time

It has great functionality but it's UI is not that good

PayrollHero functions well than other available applications for HR management. It helps easy time tracking with better reporting for management. The interface can be improved more to make it unique and professional. But over all it helps with managing HR day to day operations easily. It has been great tool for HR people

I don't know any other products like WebHR, but I'm pretty sure it's a good solution for any organization, and it's improving constantly.

• Make it easy for the payroll team to check the employees attendance.
• This tool can be accessible anywhere from any device.
• Organized time in and out for employees.

• We are too early in implementation to be able to calculate ROI but am sure we will se great benefits in efficiency during the following 6 months.
