Pecan.ai vs. Showpad eOS®

Pecan is something that few know and that I feel can represent a great utility for an entire company, to focus and prioritize all its products and services in favor of the right path, avoiding making mistakes and jumping directly to the solution of future problems before they happen. Pecan will allow you to always be one step ahead and improve your trading system quickly.

Any person who is interested in understanding the level of engagement from a client needs Showpad. It is a must-have software if you have people within your organization that are customer-facing. If your role is primarily communicating with employees within your own organization, then this software might not be as useful to you. For those in sales, account management, or who needs to know if your recipient has seen your emails/content, this is a useful tool.

• One of the main important characteristics is its ease of use and the intuitive nature of the platform. It is possible to carry out analyzes quickly and efficiently without requiring user experience. This positive point really gives us what we need for our work: optimization and automation.
• The creation of reports and statistics allows us to fully visualize the analysis carried out, in order to develop our work and carry out the pertinent actions.
• Segmentation allows us to prioritize potential customers, more focused marketing campaigns, highlight our services with what our public is really interested in.

• User-Friendly. The ability to easily customize to fit your needs
• Delivering content easily and quickly, reducing cost for print, and out of date information
• Reporting. Providing the analytical function to track what content has been utilized or not utilized and become more efficient in the type of information you share
• Offline Use. The ability to be able to view content offline

• Version control is an issue. Would be nice to go back to previous versions of a file.
• The in-app viewing experience feels a little rigid. Prefer to download the files before viewing.
• The main landing page is a little more cluttered than I would like.

I have not been involved with support from Showpad so I am not entirely sure. However, we have received some emails from our help desk about an outage and it seems like it didn't last very long so I would say that it was pretty effective support to that extent.

I particularly believe that CrossEngage has some features that Pecan does not offer, such as A/B Testing, however, we were looking for a good predictor and analyst and the truth is that Pecan does its job very well.

The only option our company used was cloud-based file-sharing services (Box, Dropbox, etc) and emails like Outlook or Gmail. Both options make it hard for version control and for ease of navigation. Generally, end-users had an easier time finding content on Showpad.

• It has improved sales reps in becoming audible ready on different topics via lots of practice via LearnCore.
• It has made the job more interesting by employing competitions.
• It has made our reps more polished and client facing out in the field and has reduced ramp up time on new hires.
