Overall Satisfaction with Showpad Content

Showpad houses all collateral for our team. It is a central place where all of our team members can go to find the latest and most up to date documents for either their own personal reference or to share with customers or prospects alike. It helps cut down on needless questions and emails asking or requesting other team members to share documentation.
  • Easy to use search function.
  • Houses all shared documentation and collateral.
  • Allows users to track who has viewed collateral once shared.
  • Version control is an issue. Would be nice to go back to previous versions of a file.
  • The in-app viewing experience feels a little rigid. Prefer to download the files before viewing.
  • The main landing page is a little more cluttered than I would like.
  • Ability to host files in a single location.
  • Ability to track who opens your file and for how long.
  • Ability to search for documentation with keywords.
  • Reduced back and forth communication between team members requesting documentation.
  • Allowed sales team to see if a prospect opened attachments shared with them.
  • The most updated version of files aren't always loaded here.
Showpad Content provides more features than other file sharing tools like Dropbox, Box.com, and Google Drive since it allows you to see who has viewed your content and how long they spent viewing it. This information can impact the approach used during a sales cycle to help close a deal.

Showpad Content works well to provide a central hub for all document hosting. The interface is simple and easy enough to use. Our sales team likes that you are able to see when a user has opened your file once it has been shared with them and how long they spent viewing it.
