Phenom Talent Experience Management (TXM) Platform vs. Recruitee by Tellent

I would recommend Phenom to large enterprise needs as opposed to smaller companies. It can be a bit complex and provide too much customisation, which sounds like a great match for large organisations, but can be counterproductive for smaller ones. It's a great tool for those companies looking to take their talent function further, get them to the next level, as it provides a range of opportunities to further EB, talent community, etc. If a company is looking for a tool for storing candidates to perform basic tasks, this tool is too sophisticated

Best for having various hiring processes at once with multiple interviewers who will be conducting interviews and assessments, who can adapt quickly and not need an over complicated training process to do hiring. Not ideal for companies with inflexible processes who want everything constantly uniformed without any changes in needs

• Keeping track of candidates, each candidate has their profile which helps to keep track of their information.
• Social media, we can share the jobs at any social media platform.
• Integrations are awesome! I have partnered with other systems that have helped in my recruiting.

• Reports turnaround times could be improved

• One thing that could absolutely change the way of using recruitee should be changing the candidate layout accordingly to the job offer.
• The tracking of the time the candidate spends in the stage he is on.
• Better tracking record of when the candidate entered the job offer.

100% I will continue to use this amazing system! It has helped us a lot!! It has it all, I have used other systems and I haven't been able to get all the features I needed. This system was able to offer it all. I would renew the contract for sure.

Great tool if you want to use all it features in particular automation and intelligence to streamline recruitment processes. Note that Phenom Talent Experience Management (TXM) Platform is not only for recruitment process but can be also talent platform for internal employees supporting internal mobility, including skills ecosystem. Integrations are paint point and require some effort to coordinate with support team and difficult to get some parts of the data to analytics tool. Consider high team engagement to adopt the solution, work with Phenom on proper system set up.

It's extremely easy to use and the different features don't require extensive research to understand. The scorecards and evaluations allow the user to be able to view aggregate scores from the whole hiring process and view the top rated candidates to be able to make offers and decisions. The templates are also very helpful

Recruitee has been able to provide excellent customer service! Their support team they go way beyond for their customers. I'm the type of person who asks a lot of questions. They have been able to keep it up with me.

Yes, during the implementation process, I do remember from the sales team to the onboarding team, they were able to help all the way through. They provide quick assistance and you don't feel lost in the process at all

More that 2 years ago when we have moved to Phenom from SAP Successfactors, the Recruitment module was much behind and usability of the CRM and usability of ATS was not acceptable by the business. Recent SmartRecuiters acquisition by SAP addressed this gap, however business invested to much effort to consider another change

Recruitee is the most straightforward and easy to use recruitment platform I have ever managed. I have managed also taleo which was really complex and several company built platforms that always were either too slow or complex to manage. Recruitee works like a charm, is rarely down and shows that is constantly looking to evolve and be a better tool and ally for recruiters and companies
