Cons	Pigeonhole Live No answers on this topic	SilkRoad Transparency about the capabilities of their system. We would have never chosen WingSpan had we had a clear picture of the limitations of their system. Ease of use - as an administrator we found it to be difficult to work with. Return on Investment	Pigeonhole Live No answers on this topic	SilkRoad I feel it set us back a bit, and also caused us to lose credibility with our management team after it turned out to be a "failed experiment."
