Pirate Ship vs. Pure360

If you need mailing labels, Pirate Ship is cheap, very organized and creates SCAN forms for USPS

It is great for smaller to medium sized businesses that are wanting to start using a more comprehensive software. It isn’t the most expensive on the market and the interface is very intuitive. Once trained you can then train internally quite easily which again reduces a lot of set up and onboarding costs

• Great average ship rates for USPS domestic and international.
• Tracking bulk shipments is easy.
• It integrates with chargify.

• I wish unused shipping labels were flagged more clearly to make it easy to request refunds
• No multi-user functionality, so you have to share an account
• Better email notifications about things like undeliverable packages

It really is great for all users. We had a rach of abilities and skills in our team and found that everyone found it easy to use. Even teams that weren’t involved with email prior to this such as design teams which meant we could send a lot more emails

I have not had to use Pirate Ship's customer support because their product is wonderful and easy to use. I am sure based on the quality of their product that their customer service is also fantastic
