Procurify vs. Zeal

If you have a manual purchasing process today and are having difficulty tracking requests and orders and ensuring that bills are accurate and paid on time, you will love Procurify.

Besides having all the functionality of any 5 star CLM, the situations it has helped were:

• Preventing contract
  deviation by controlling template versioning
• Improving
  business processes with customized features such as unique intake forms

• Workflow, ease of getting items to the person that is needed to approve.
• Delegation, ease of setting up a temporary approver while a user is out on vacation.
• Emailing PO's to vendors, don't have to save then email. Can email directly from Procurify.

• Client service support.
• Personalization of need.
• Document tracking.

• Ability to have concurrent budgets open for different years.
• Inventory capability.
• Switch items on a requisition to a catalog item before cutting the PO.

• New feature request process - they tend to ask a lot of questions regarding my request.

Zeal is user-friendly for the non-tech person to use.

Customer support is outstanding.

We did our evaluation more than five years ago so I don't remember the names. Procurify was the only one (at the time) that met all of our needs. Procurify service and support is fantastic. No doubt we made the right choice.

Much more hands-on team at Zeal that provides outstanding service to setup, train and educate our team on how to best use the product

• We saved time and got things approved quicker by using Procurify for invoice approvals.
• Time was saved and expenses were reimbursed quicker.

• Allowed sales to send out templates without modification.
• Automated tracking of data from contract templates sent out.
