Profit.co vs. Sparkbay

It is good for companies that want to have clear Objectives, where they describe how they will achieve them and will track the progress. If used properly it can significantly improve the company's productivity and the employees' understanding of where the company is going. This platform will find its customers in companies that are oriented towards efficiency and are willing to invest some time and effort to understand how their departments are working. Sparkbay is perfect to keep an eye on the company's engagement level and collect employee general feedback. However it does not replace good one-on-ones.

• The software is very easy to work with. We're able to visualize our engagement data in versatile reports, getting key insights for the whole company.
• The team reports save time in knowing right off the bat how your team is feeling without having to wait for the next one-on-one.
• The customer support team is very responsive and we always get answers to our questions.

• They provided a training session only to managers. I think they should've invited employees too on a voluntary basis.

Profit.co was the easiest to use and the customer is great.
