Our organization is using it across all departments by the department managers. We rolled it out to our leadership last year and plan to cascade it to the rest of the organization using performance management functionality as well.
  • Easy to use
  • Has many off the shelf templates and metrics
  • Easy to customize
  • Would like to be able to edit dates after first check in
  • Some of the metrics seem a little counter intuitive
  • Would like email reminders
I love the OKR functionality, would like more information on performance management.

Profit Scorecard Summary

What is Profit? is built by a team of entrepreneurs and engineers that boast a deep understanding on the subject of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).

They state the most important question to answer is “What do you want to accomplish?”, which is not an easy question to answer not because we don’t know what to accomplish, but mostly because we have a lot on our plate.

And then comes the important question of “By When?” and then identifying and tracking the process of achieving those objectives through metric-driven approach. So, the vendor states, software supporting OKR should be very easy to understand and allow users to ease into the process. They present Profit as such a software.
