ProProfs Project vs. Unanet ERP GovCon

If you’re executing creative projects, this tool will offload a lot of your work. It lets you clearly define the assignees and the associated timelines. You can even extract insightful reports to monitor team performance and project progress on the go.

Unanet is a great system and has really helped our managers gain more insight to their projects. We have faster timesheet completion rates which leads to faster billing. We have been very happy with the system but there are some trial and error scenarios where it takes us some time to actually get the data needed or use the system the way we need it to be utilized. Thankfully they do have a great support staff that assists with issues as they arise.

• Manages Projects - Well of course it does this well, it is what it was designed for.
• One Easy Location - It is nice to be able to track project progress through one location.
• Makes Communication Easier - What a time saver! We can easily communicate through ProProfs Project to keep everyone on task and involved.

• The time keeping component works well. It gives a level of confidentiality we did not have in our previous home grown system.
• We are able to set up projects based on a number of criteria, allowing us to differentiate for reporting purposes.
• We can easily import billing information into our Financial system from Unanet, when previously we would manually enter this information.

• Integration with third-party applications
• The 15-day trial period of the tool seems a bit short to completely grasp the efficancy of the tool

• Would like to be able to search for users by first name as well as last name.
• Would like to be able to modify save and share some of the canned reports.

I personally have not had to contact ProProfs Project Customer Support. I know that our media / marketing manager has used this tool for a while and is very comfortable with it. He has never expressed any issues or frustrations that I know of. The product is simple and easy to use and does not seem to require much support.

The support of Unanet is incredible, A simple email to their support team always gets a response in less than 24 hours and is really solutions focused. Unanet support is the best out there- guaranteed

I think Project Bubble is way more streamlined than the others mentioned, as well as way more cost-effective! It is simple enough for my clients to access and keep track of their status, without having to explain or train them in the process. For value of money, customer support, and ease of use, I give it my highest recommendation.

We were used to Deltek's Costpoint from the prior company and Unanet is far easier to use for users, accounting personnel, project managers, and corporate managers. Continuous enhancements lead us to believe that Unanet will be even better in meeting our needs.

• Its AI-powered automatic report generation has reduced my workload to a great extent, So I can focus on other important deliverables.
