ProProfs Project vs. Whimsical

If you’re executing creative projects, this tool will offload a lot of your work. It lets you clearly define the assignees and the associated timelines. You can even extract insightful reports to monitor team performance and project progress on the go.

It's extremely well-suited for rapid wire-framing of concepts, as product teams can quickly collaborate on any idea and create a visual blueprint of it. Whimsical could provide more intuitive feature prioritization templates. The current templates lack the necessary detail and could be further enhanced from a UI/UX standpoint.

• Manages Projects - Well of course it does this well, it is what it was designed for.
• One Easy Location - It is nice to be able to track project progress through one location.
• Makes Communication Easier - What a time saver! We can easily communicate through ProProfs Project to keep everyone on task and involved.

• Integration with third-party applications
• The 15-day trial period of the tool seems a bit short to completely grasp the efficancy of the tool

• Kind of want to see some of the functionality of other similar apps like Miro but the app is great at what it does
• Folder structure takes a little time to get used to
• Nitpicking here but not a big fan of the default font

It's fairly intuitive, I rarely have any problems using the app. The layout is pretty user-friendly and easy to adapt to. There's a lot of tooltips to help with the various features and functions, so it's very easy to get self-help for the most part. Overally, I'm pretty happy and satisfied with the usage of Whimsical for mind-mapping.

I personally have not had to contact ProProfs Project Customer Support. I know that our media / marketing manager has used this tool for a while and is very comfortable with it. He has never expressed any issues or frustrations that I know of. The product is simple and easy to use and does not seem to require much support.

I reached out to support, as I was interested in possibly investing in the organization, and they quickly and happily informed me they are a bootstrap organization and do not take on investors at this time. The swift response and information readily available for my consumption was extremely helpful and shows how solid the team behind it is.

I think Project Bubble is way more streamlined than the others mentioned, as well as way more cost-effective! It is simple enough for my clients to access and keep track of their status, without having to explain or train them in the process. For value of money, customer support, and ease of use, I give it my highest recommendation.

Whimsical is so much easier and has a better interface, so I think it's more suited to our workflow if compared to other tools like Google Charts. I really love this tool and I'm looking to learn and use it even more, as it helps us optimize our time, planning, and delivering more efficiently.

• It has helped me manage my team in a more efficient way and for that, we delivered everything within the deadline.
• Its AI-powered automatic report generation has reduced my workload to a great extent, So I can focus on other important deliverables.

• We've been using free version, so it's a no brainer.
• As it helps us focus on the information organization process, we don't lose time redoing work due to the lack of planning before doing design or code.
• We can collaborate on the same project, so it's easier to get things done as we're working from home as well.
