Overall Satisfaction with Whimsical
We are using Whimsical for a variety of things in our marketing department - student flow on landing pages/campaign advertising, website and landing page mockups, group meetings/brainstorming... there's so much you can do. It simplifies our creative thought process by having one source of truth. We use it during staff meetings to brainstorm and have a definitive direction to execute.

- Can be customized with themeing
- Can organize all your boards pretty much however you want
- Kind of want to see some of the functionality of other similar apps like Miro but the app is great at what it does
- Folder structure takes a little time to get used to
- Nitpicking here but not a big fan of the default font
- Easy to add members
- Simple learning curve
- Easy to share/collaborate
- Enhanced communication between staff members and other departments
- can show mockups to illustrate ideas
- puts us all on the same page where we can define the next steps on a project
