ProWorkflow vs. Quire

It's well suited to make understand team on day to day tasks. Manager can see the performance of the team and can assign task based on availability. Our team now works in more collaboration then earlier, this is the strength of the ProWorkflow. Emailing and templates tools are very basic and having room for improvement.

Well-suited for small teams. It's feature-rich and simple, but doesn't have the bug-tracking capabilities of heavier tools like Jira. Low setup overhead, so it's easy to jump in and start quickly! Best Gantt chart experience I've had in a while.

• The ability to tag and label items.

• Its bit complex, user interface should be bit user friendly
• Mobile Apps navigations to switch from one task to another task is not smooth
• I think it should have more automation for the tasks

• Quire syncs with your calendar, but it would be nice to see an actual calendar within the app as well.

Very easy to input tasks, assign them to people, and make dependencies between tasks. Workflow is super convenient once you get used to using enter or tab in the right place. Can do a lot of things from the keyboard, but the commands are not as intuitive as those in Todoist.

Friendly and prompt support. No issues.

I have not used another product like ProWorkflow.

Quire comes close to Nuclino, but Nuclino wins with its ability to create "cards" and organize a little more neatly.

• Team is working with more collaboration hence effective use of manpower.
• Managers can see the performance thru ProWorkflow and can assign them tasks, resulting effective manpower utilization.
• Overall ProWorkflow is well suited for the small or start-up organisation
