ProWorkflow vs. Tabillo

It's well suited to make understand team on day to day tasks. Manager can see the performance of the team and can assign task based on availability. Our team now works in more collaboration then earlier, this is the strength of the ProWorkflow. Emailing and templates tools are very basic and having room for improvement.

• It's well suited for simple data base applications: simple and fast to put together.
• It's not as well suited if an application requires more complex logics/queries.

• Makes it easy to find and organize projects.
• Makes it easy to separate sub-tasks within projects.

• Extremely easy to learn
• Fast to create
• Easy to modify
• Build powerful applications with very little effort
• Absolutely no coding involved

• Its bit complex, user interface should be bit user friendly
• Mobile Apps navigations to switch from one task to another task is not smooth
• I think it should have more automation for the tasks

• Does not support more advanced concepts

I have not used another product like ProWorkflow.

• Tabillo requires almost no knowledge to use compared to MS Access but cannot build complex applications.
• Tabillo & Salesforce are both simple to learn and use but Tabillo will allow other than sales-centric types of applications to be created (more flexible).

• Team is working with more collaboration hence effective use of manpower.
• Managers can see the performance thru ProWorkflow and can assign them tasks, resulting effective manpower utilization.
• Overall ProWorkflow is well suited for the small or start-up organisation
