Qlerify vs. Stormboard

Extremely well suited for process development and since it closes the gap between ICT and Business, for software development. It is less appropriate in cases where swimlane type of process map doesn't suit well.

Ready to use template makes Stormboard very easy to use and gives a seamless experience to the user. It is very useful when brainstorming ideas, and solutions for a particular use case. It sometimes gives solutions to the problems we might not have thought about yet. The on-the-go whiteboard gives us a blank slate for new ideas and more collaborations.

• We would have like to known about them a bit earlier.

• Sometimes difficult to find items on the board if they're not in the centre
• Zooming in and out can often mean things get overlooked
• Occasionally uploaded documents vanish

I haven't officially evaluated other process mapping tools. I have however used many tool during the past 30 years. Qlerify is first I am excited about.

I use Stormboard for coordination because it seems easier to use than the rest. In terms of courses, we choose the software depending on our course objectives and how tech-savvy we believe the prof and audience are. Miro is more complete, I believe, it has a ton of features and templates.

• It has enabled me to achieve results faster
• Qlerify helps find better solutions
• Qlerify has enabled results we have not achieved with other tools
• Qlerify's collaboration features improve team and management buy-in

• + affordable collaboration tool
• - not intuitive enough --> other tools were preferred
• - not flexible enough (section feature was a bummer)
