Quadient Accounts Receivable vs. Raken

Great for automating dunning letters and standard customer communications. Great for dashboards for the collections teams. Easy to manage reporting that syncs with our in-house ERP, NetSuite. Senior management can review the dashboard to monitor overall performance. Can be hard to maintain a separate login for another ERP system.

Easy sub-contractor management ability, time tracking, resource planning and the easy tracking of project equipment using Raken is even enjoyable. Team coordination and project comments and recording sharing among the team members, this is a great tool for that.

• Self serve and easy access to customer documents
• provides a full audit of all collection notes for any invoice in a single repository of data
• Allows your collection team to become more proactive on issues than reactive - the automated services Quadient offers remove a lot of the manual human tasks

• Great iPhone application - The application makes reporting and adding photos very easy.
• It's easy to navigate different days and reports. Or to find keywords or subcontractors and when they performed work.

• Sometimes the app will run slow or crash on the guys in the field. It doesn't happen too often though.
• An easier way to download all project Daily Reports at one time.

Yay Pay has saved a lot of time. Integrates the billing and invoicing departments and is helpful to the revenue team to track customers and timing of payments. The AR and billing teams can share information with others and allows sharing of information that previously was hard to manage. Yay Pay integrates very well with Net Suite

I love the usability, the way the information is divided is very well though out and it flows nicely. The only thing I would point out is that sometimes the search engine show no results and when I know that cannot be correct, I refresh the page and the information shows up. It would be nice if if the connection is not good or the website is not sure if the information is correct, it would tell me, not say it is not there

Raken has an excellent support team. Raken are pretty prompt with getting back to you. Raken also has a convenient chat feature on their website. All their support members are friendly and are good at helping you understand and resolve your issues.

Very similar to Tesorio - more cost effective but less savvy in forecasting piece. Quadient customer service is A+. Much more functional workflow capability than NetSuite

Vista is TTI's accounting software program. It is extremely well suited for the construction projects. Team, which is similar to Raken, is more advance however the program is also more expensive.

• Ease of use by our customers to gather statements or invoices

• Less need to travel to each job site.
