It is well suited for employees that are sending products, samples, gift cards, or swag to customers, prospects, or partners constantly. It helps speed up and streamline that process a considerable amount. This helps with brand recognition, onboarding new partners, and keeping customers happy! This is a great tool for early stage, growth stage and established organizations with a clear B2B buyer focus, especially dealing with multiple buyers in an account. If you are struggling to fill the sales pipeline, get them. If you are struggling with loads of cold leads, get them. If you are struggling with brand awareness despite good product, get them. • Which accounts are in the market for your solution
• Find key contacts at your target accounts
• Follow up with every lead through AI Assistants
• Retarget your leads through LinkedIn and Facebook
• Get conversations and meetings with key contacts at your target accounts

• Clunky campaign in my experience
• Unintuitive interface, in my opinion
• Bad warehousing in my experience

• They could simplify the platform more

• Implementing their chat widget is a manual process though it is more customizable than other alternatives

We selected Reachdesk because from a capability standpoint, they were very similar but Reachdesk had much better pricing.

I like the fact that SalesboxAI is a unified product which combines Account intent and AI follow-ups to prioritize accounts for sales team. Great toolkit for your ABM program
