Although Mendeley has comparable functionality, the two applications are not compatible, and it is harder to import non-formatted citations into Mendeley. However, Mendeley does offer superior analytics compared to EndNote. I continue to use EndNote due to a history of …
Chose EndNote
I like the ease of using EndNote inbuilt tools and add-ins. The best part is, I can simply copy the reference from the EndNote library and paste it into the Word document. When my file is ready, I select the journal style or download it and it does the job quickly. Another good …
Chose EndNote
I have not used any other reference managers.
Chose EndNote
I enjoy reading on the Mendeley interface more than EndNote but EndNote is superior for exporting references and the EndNote word plugin works much better. EndNote is also easier to use as a citation manager with multiple people or documents.
Chose EndNote
Currently have not found any other solutions that address our needs the way that EndNote does. There are many features that are exclusive to EndNote that works for us the way we need it to.

Chose ReadCube Papers
The graphic user interface is beautiful; adding literature to a project is a seamless process, annotations while collaborating are intuitive and sometimes even fun. Competitors might be cheaper but do not consolidate all the tools that ReadCube has been able to achieve.

There are lot of bibliographic compilation softwares in the market but no other product have these extensive tools and options to facilitate the easy of use and effective work done on EndNote. Price wise bit high end but work wise highly effective. Transferring the libraries and accessing on multiple devices also a added advantage in EndNote. The newly enabled synchronisation option was very useful.

ReadCube Papers has become an indispensable tool for my research. It offers a solution that keeps my library of research articles organized, and has improved the numbers of papers I am reading and annotating. The user-friendly interface simplifies the process of categorizing papers, highlighting essential text, and adding personal notes directly to the documents. The library is available online and through their own in-house application, which has worked perfectly (and much better than other solutions I have tried to use previously). In short, ReadCube Papers has truly improved the way I manage my research materials, making my academic life much more efficient and enjoyable.

Support Rating
Support seems to be good both on the technical side of the software the actual usage of the software. We have encountered minor as well as some major issues especially during upgrades but were able to work through them very quickly with the help of the support team and this allowed us to stay on track when there have been time crunches.

Alternatives Considered
Although Mendeley has comparable functionality, the two applications are not compatible, and it is harder to import non-formatted citations into Mendeley. However, Mendeley does offer superior analytics compared to EndNote. I continue to use EndNote due to a history of successful use of EndNote and the widespread use of the app by my peers.
