RedTeam Flex vs. WebWork Time Tracker

RedTeam does a good job of allowing the company to view information in a way that is helpful to them. The superintendents out in the field don't necessarily need to see all of the same information that the people in the office do, so field share has been great for helping them manage their projects and submit daily reports of job progress. I can see this program working for both small and large companies and with a few tweaks, I might rate it even higher.

WebWork is well suited for all organizations where they need to maintain a tracker for the employee to detect productivity and maintain attendance by calculating time. We can easily manage projects with WebWork and also easy for the team to work on.

• It super cool features to detect user's productivity
• We can work on team easily through WebWork on perticular project.

• Inability to delete certain information such as old duplicate vendors, contacts, etc.
• I run into a lot of road blocks with obscure permissions
• Some reports have issues when printing

It also work if we are not connecting to network without any lag. Also, we can track detailed activity of employee because it captures screenshots when user starts the time.

Procore is [a] product that we [are] familiar with as well because a few other companies that we have partnered with use Procore. The program is a good CPM, but RedTeam stands out to our company for the customer service. Over the years we have been able to communicate opportunities to make something more efficient and they have implemented some of those suggestions. That is invaluable to us.

• It has eliminated the need for hundreds of spreadsheets for each job and has saved time overall
• It allows all facets of the company to see information as they need to see it
• It's a central place for everyone to store and access information rather than having files all over individual computers.
