RedTeam is used throughout our entire organization. From the office to the Superintendents in the field. It allows us to all access the same information quickly and easily without having to save things in multiple places.

Inability to delete certain information such as old duplicate vendors, contacts, etc.
I run into a lot of road blocks with obscure permissions
Some reports have issues when printing

It has eliminated the need for hundreds of spreadsheets for each job and has saved time overall
It allows all facets of the company to see information as they need to see it
It's a central place for everyone to store and access information rather than having files all over individual computers.

RedTeam does a good job of allowing the company to view information in a way that is helpful to them. The superintendents out in the field don't necessarily need to see all of the same information that the people in the office do, so field share has been great for helping them manage their projects and submit daily reports of job progress. I can see this program working for both small and large companies and with a few tweaks, I might rate it even higher.
