Overall Satisfaction with RedTeam
Our company uses RedTeam on a daily [basis]. It is by far one of the most user friendly CPM platforms that I have ever used. The training on the program for new hires is well received and new hires feel confident using the program. We use the program to manage all our projects and also putting together bids for new pursuits. The look of the proposal is very detailed and professional. It allows for seamless communication between each respective team member.
- Building a proper estimate/proposal
- Managing the project from start to finish, including any changes
- The accounting process works well with our quickbooks, making the process for accounting easy
- None that I can think of
- We are more efficient, hence more profitable because of RedTeam
Procore is [a] product that we [are] familiar with as well because a few other companies that we have partnered with use Procore. The program is a good CPM, but RedTeam stands out to our company for the customer service. Over the years we have been able to communicate opportunities to make something more efficient and they have implemented some of those suggestions. That is invaluable to us.
