For the price, RocketData is a great lead generation tool. It wouldn't be appropriate for company financials, etc. of that nature.

• Contact information as well as company info is out of date sometimes. Tough to improve on, but there is room for improvement.

Great customer service. I talked to a few reps getting set up and they were friendly and easy to connect with. After signup I had a few questions and was able to get help quickly.

I have not had to use any support functions as I have had no technical problems with the software.

RepuGen was, by far, easier to use and I got more responses with it compared to the other company.

Much easier to use and less clunky of an interface. Also, contact information seems to be more up-to-date.
