Overall Satisfaction with RocketData

RocketData is being used across our Commercial Sales and Marketing organization for contact information generation. We are using it to prospect, future clients, as well as develop marketing lists to update potential customers about our offerings and services.
  • User experience - smooth, easy to use interface
  • Quick generation of contacts as well as a LinkedIn feature to go directly to their page.
  • Contact information as well as company info is out of date sometimes. Tough to improve on, but there is room for improvement.
  • Positive: The ROI has been excellent in the short time we've had the product (less than six months) as we have made numerous connections through data gathering.
Much easier to use and less clunky of an interface. Also, contact information seems to be more up-to-date.
I have not had to use any support functions as I have had no technical problems with the software.

For the price, RocketData is a great lead generation tool. It wouldn't be appropriate for company financials, etc. of that nature.
