ReputationStacker vs. Vendasta

ReputationStacker is extremely well designed for multi-location practices that care about improving and protecting their online reputation and visibility in local search engine results (which is extremely important for our business). It makes it easy to consistently generate reviews for each location and address issues that patients have before they become bigger problems. If you’re looking for an all-in-one marketing platform, this isn’t that. It's just focused on online reputation and reviews and it does that really well (instead of trying to do everything).

Vendasta is perfect for solo digital marketing agencies that are looking to scale up their business. I've already recommended them to several other marketers, and they profusely thanked me for doing so! As far as acquiring new customers, we've found Vendasta to be a perfect solution for businesses that do not have their own internal marketing department, typically SBAs that only have a Marketing Director, or even just the business owner who wears too many hats. When we've bumped into larger companies that already have their own marketing suite and software set up, then they're usually less interested in adopting our platform.

• Online reputation management for multiple locations of our business
• Review generation for all of our clinics (with a focus on Google reviews)
• Responding to reviews at scale
• Review and reputation reporting

• Adding additional locations of our business wasn't obvious at first, but when I figured out how to do it it was easy after that.

• Their team is so large that sometimes I end up communicating with people who have no familiarity with BRN and our clients, so I end up having to repeat a lot of things to make sure we're on the same page.

We had our marketing person set it up, and now it automatically gets us Google reviews. It couldn't be easier.

The usability continues to improve. Adding a true mobile app for client use would be a great next step.

I had a question about how to add new locations and the support team got back to me immediately and showed me how to do it.

Swell was too expensive. ReputationStacker does the same things (and more), costs less, and as far as I can tell from the Swell demo we did, a lot easier to use.

I don't find anything in your listings that I have used. I have run ads myself. I have built websites myself. I have run email campaigns with other autoresponders myself. Vendasta beats all those.
