It is also good if you do not want to take time responding to reviews. By the same token, it is less appropriate when auto-response is turned on. If there is a negative review, it is better to address it in person, as there may be a specific customer service issue that a computer response is not going to understand. Cons	Reviews.io Setting up isn't hard, but the documentation conflicts with itself sometimes. They reference a BigCommerce app that isn't available (yet). Alternatives Considered	Reviews.io Reviews.io has a similar product offering as the other well known review collection companies. However, they are much more competitive in terms of pricing and that was a big influence on our decision to go with them. They also have a library of widgets you can choose from and customize to make publishing reviews on your website very easy. It's not a cookie cutter solution, which we really like.
