Cons	Salesforce Automation. There is room to automate certain processes that require manual executions. Implementation. It is hard and requires a 3rd party to help to implement which is costly. Alternatives Considered	Salesforce We haven't used anything previously to Salesforce. We were trying to implement what we needed as a company with our current ticketing and quoting software, but it wasn't doing what we needed.
