Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

Company CRM, to track customer relationships, opportunities, rev pipelines and contacts.

It does its job but could be better. I think it all comes down to each business configuration of the platform.
I think Salesforce has more information in it that our sales team needs that Gainsight was not able to provide

- Gives me easy visibility to all the opps and contacts for a customer

- The way our SF is configured I feel has TOO much on the page and makes finding whats needed difficult or too time consuming
