We use the system for lead generation and sharing leads within the sales team in the organisation. We ensure that we follow through on leads and opportunities and in particular, find it really useful to be able to share information between ourselves internally.

Its easy to use, and I find it very straightforward. I enjoy the process of setting targets and ensuring they are met and in some cases SMASHED!

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is really helpful when it comes to projections for our business.
In order to cover our office overheads, we try to project sales leads becoming opportunities and closed and won sales for each quarter so we can ensure all targets are met and obligations too.
