Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

Salesforce helps us as the central CRM platform for managing client relationships across our financial services operations. Saleforce enables us to maintain a unified, 360-degree view of each client by consolidating personal, household, and financial relationship data into a single system of record. Salesforce addresses data fragmentation, limited visibility into client relationships, and manual, inefficient processes.

  • Speed of use, can sometimes be slow
  • There is a steep learning curve to become an expert
  • There are great integrations, however these could already be built into the platform
  • Clear and accurate data once established
  • Easily integrates with a lot of other softwares
Once established in your organisation it is brilliant, however this can take a while and expertise to do this. Salesforce is a leader in the market and a lot of people have experience. There is a lot that you can do once set up with integrations to manage your deal cycles
Salesforce is used by a lot of organisations and is a big name in the market, it is more robust and built for big organisations

Salesforce is brilliant for tracking all deals in the pipeline and allows you to work at scale and customise to our specific wants and needs.

when we are looking to train new users it can be quite a steep learning curve for them so we need to train users, could be more support offered.
