Likelihood to Recommend Everyday use is good enough, we don't have an overly complicated product that allows us to complete the tasks given to us and schedule and reschedule the meetings. The ability to allow the user to control the scheduling of meetings and look in the calendar for specific timelines has never been easier. The stress that is on the user is taken away from the user by the tool itself.
Read full review Great for booking and managing appointments. This software is very user-friendly due to its simplicity. The interface is intuitive and easy to use for all ages. The only time this software may not be appropriate might be with someone who is managing their calendar manually and not using a software solution at all.

Square Appointments we easy to use for clients, and with a few Luddite exceptions, worked flawlessly. Square Appointments made it easy to schedule appointments without having multiple email messages or play phone tag with anyone. When scheduling a provider off for a day or if the provider is sick, I would like the program to ask me if I need to cancel all appointments for the provider and allow me to give a message to the client why it is being canceled. Office closed messages. - If I close the office for a week because of vacation, spring break, etc... I would like Schedulicity to cancel all the appointments on the specified dates and give me the option to send a message to my client's explaining why we are closed. Currently, I need to go into each individual provider and mark the days off and then go into each provider's schedule and cancel each appointment. It takes a long time to do this with 14 employees. It would be easier to indicate the business is closed, cancel all provider's appointments on those days, and then have an option to send a notification to clients indicating why the center is closed. Read full review Square Appointment is excellent at support! I have had several calls with them, and not one time have they dropped the ball, leaving me frustrated without a solution — not one time. The community forum in Square Appointment can answer most of the questions, but if I have had real issues, I am always able to talk to a person. That is very valuable to me as a customer. Read full review Though office can offer a lot of appointment base tasks. Square appointments seem to help keep track, with a more direct approach. It helps to declutter integrations and information, that can often get missed and feel to convoluted. It's approach is more specific in handling appointment needs and scheduling. We would recommend it.
