Sentrifugo vs. Workstream

Sentrifugo is well suited in the following ways: 1. Fully equipped performance appraisal module which helps in designing appraisal cycle as per department 2. Scheduling meetings and reviews based on the availability of the team members 3. Generate custom reports based on department and team targets 4. Background verification and tracking progress.

Workstream has been great for new restaurant openings by using the QR code on business cards and using the QR code on our marketing material as well. We had one restaurant have 17 applicant's via the QR code. The biggest opportunity was cost during the pandemic. Our franchisees wanted a guaranteed number of applicants for being charged what they were getting charged. This was not something Workstream can accommodate but this is also not guaranteed on any job board.

• This software can be used for designing vertical wise appraisal system.
• This software is efficient in employee background verification.
• Helps in defining Leave management process for a department.

• Video interviews works really well in the current pandemic circumstances.
• Google calendar is linked with zoom and makes scheduling easy.
• Mobile training helps with videos and quizzes.

• It could have an option for candidates to submit video introduction.
• It could have an option to fix virtual interviews from the calendar itself.
• Paperwork should completely be a digital process.

• It is software very attentive to our needs, which means that when we have a concern or need to solve something, they solve it immediately, they listen to our proposals so that our hiring is fast and without inconvenience.

As an organization, we have evaluated many Human Resource Management [systems]. We selected this software because it was a few features [that is] not found in 1 consolidated software. It has the following unique qualities: 1. It acts as time management software 2. It [acts] as an expense management software 3. It acts as a leave management software 4. It acts as a background verification software Moreover it has simple and easy-to-understand tax computation scenarios which are illustrated by easy-to-understand examples.

Workstream is hands down easier to navigate and create and post positions versus ClearCompany and iCIMS
