Categorization of tickets is something that is very useful. It's very easy to search the tasks/order with limited keywords and very easy to customize. The best part is we can simply reply on mails using ServiceNow App Engine and keep a proper log of the tickets.

In my experience, Shopify Flow is very easy to use. It is free if you have a Shopify Plus license. At this time of writing, Shopify Flow can already integrate with some 3rd party apps and more is coming. I think there is high growth potential for Shopify Flow.
